Meet Our Co-op Facilitators

Our weekly classes, circles, sessions, and special events are facilitated by local healing arts and wellness practitioners who bring their unique gifts, training, and heart-centered service to the R3 Miracles community.

Some facilitators work directly out of our beautiful cottage in a shared co-op experience, while others have their own studios, practices, and offerings elsewhere and collaborate with us by sharing the workshop space. Christen “CC” Cerrito

Christen “CC” Cerrito is a trauma-informed Introspective Breathwork Therapy Facilitator, environmental scientist, and founder of This Is The CC. She discovered breathwork during her recovery from a traumatic brain injury and was drawn to its ability to foster self-awareness, connection, nervous system support, and personal growth.

Today, CC creates gentle, supportive experiences that help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and trust their own inner wisdom. Her work is especially supportive for highly sensitive people, neurodivergent individuals, empaths, overthinkers, and anyone seeking a softer way to navigate life.

Sophia Livshitz

Sophia Livshitz is a trance channeler, intuitive guide, and Level 3 Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique practitioner who creates grounded, heart-centered spaces for insight, healing, and transformation.

Through trance channeling and QHHT sessions, Sophia helps clients access deeper wisdom, receive clarity, and uncover the root of patterns, challenges, and life questions. She is passionate about supporting others in reconnecting with their intuition, inner healing capacity, and highest path so they can move forward with greater peace, empowerment, and alignment.

Sean Paul

Sean Paul is the owner of Sean Paul Crystal & Sound Bowl Healing and a Reiki Master who offers holistic, energy-based wellness sessions designed to promote relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.

Drawing on the healing qualities of sound, energy work, and intuitive guidance, Sean creates a welcoming, grounded environment where each session is thoughtfully tailored to support each client’s unique wellness journey.

Services include crystal sound bowl meditation, Reiki-infused crystal chakra alignments, guided meditation, tarot readings, and pendulum readings.

Meet Cybele Shana Lerman

Owner of Awaken To Healing

Cybele Shana Lerman, owner of Awaken To Healing, is a Reiki Master, Life Coach, Intuitive Reader, and Artist. She has worked with Reiki, energy healing, and metaphysical tools such as astrology, pendulums, cards, and crystals for over 25 years.

Cybele is passionate about assisting clients through energy healing and intuitive readings. Her style is gentle, relaxing, soothing, and powerful, creating a supportive space for clarity, restoration, and personal transformation.

Cybele also loves teaching and has taught Reiki and other metaphysical classes for many years. She shares her own experiences in her teachings and seeks to empower her students to feel confident in their healing and intuitive abilities.

As a local artist, Cybele is passionate about creating acrylic and mixed media paintings. She believes the most important part of creating art is to have fun, and she enjoys hosting art classes and painting parties so others can experience the joy of creative expression.
