What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What if my order is missing or damaged?

How do I enter a promo code for my online purchase?

Each promotion code must be entered during checkout. On the delivery section of checking out, prior to the payment screen, you will have the option to enter in a redemption gift certificate/promo code. Enter in the code and click continue. Your discount will be shown on the next screen.

I entered in a promotional code but the discount is not being applied. What do I do now?

If the message says "The promo code you entered is not valid." , the promotion has expired or can't be used with the items you want to purchase. Read the promotion terms and conditions carefully to understand how the promotion can and can't be used. If you feel you have still received this in error, please contact our customer service department.

How do I sign up for special offers and promotions?

To sign up, visit our home page and enter your email address to sign up to receive an email as new products become available.

How long does it take to ship my order out?

Every effort is made to ship orders within 2-5 business days. Note that there are occasions when an order can take longer before being shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please contact us if you have an order that is time sensitive before you place your order. We will do our best to accommodate you.

I am having trouble placing my order, what do I do?

Will my items arrive in one package?

We ship from multiple warehouses and manufacturers so your items may arrive in multiple packages. Your items are shipped out as soon as they are ready to ensure the fastest delivery times possible.

The color looks slightly different than the pictures?

Due to slight variations in computer monitors, the item you receive may look slightly different in color than on your computer. The color should not be of drastic difference.

Can I cancel/change my order?

We do not allow orders to be canceled once they have been placed.

How can I look up my order?

For the fastest results, please create an account on our website with the email address you used as check out. This will allow you to view all of your orders. After an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will have a link for you to check on the status of your order. If neither of those options are answering your question you can contact us for more information.

When will I receive my item?

Orders are processed during business hours M-F, excluding major holidays. You will receive a tracking number within seven business days of purchase in most cases. If there is a delay or your selected product has been backordered, we will contact you asap.
