The Higher Self Method™ Regression & Hypnosis Certification is a live, experiential training designed for those who feel called to guide others through Higher Self connection, identity transformation, and subconscious reprogramming.

This training teaches you how to safely and effectively lead clients into Higher Self regression and hypnosis—whether as a standalone modality or woven into an existing coaching, healing, or therapeutic practice.

What You Will Learn

• The structure of the Higher Self Method™ regression process
• How to guide clients into a Higher Self hypnotic state
• Identity-based regression for release and recalibration
• How to work with the subconscious through imagery, suggestion, and embodiment
• Ethical and nervous-system-safe facilitation
• How to anchor and integrate Higher Self states for lasting change

This is a facilitator-focused training. You will learn how to lead others—not just experience the work for yourself.

Certification Pathway

After attending the live training, participants will be invited to complete practice sessions as part of the certification process.

Certification is granted upon successful completion of required practice sessions and demonstrated understanding of the Higher Self Method™ framework.
