Become a Founding Facilitator

What we are building is more than a school. It is an exploration into what education can become when we begin with the understanding that every child arrives with gifts, genius, creativity, wisdom, and purpose already within them.

Rather than asking children to fit into a predetermined mold, we are creating an environment that helps them discover who they are, what they love, what problems they feel called to solve, and how their unique gifts can contribute to the world.

At InGenius Academy, we believe:

• Learning begins with curiosity — questions are often more powerful than answers.
• Nature is one of our greatest teachers.
• Emotional intelligence, creativity, stewardship, and creativity are just as vital as academic mastery.
• Facilitators must first walk the path they are inviting children to walk.

The Questions Our Students Will Explore

As facilitators, we will be asking ourselves these same questions. This summer we are gathering those who feel called to help bring this vision to life.

Together we will explore the foundations of the InGenius Framework, the SEED Method — Settle, Explore, Envision, Do — nature-based learning, emotional intelligence, genius discovery, project-based education, community stewardship, and what it means to hold space for children as creators, innovators, and contributors.
