Reiki 3 Master Class Overview

Date & Time: Saturday, Dec 6th | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Level: Reiki III / Master – for certified Reiki I & II practitioners ready to ascend into Mastership and teaching potential.

 

Why This Class Matters:

At the master level, participants step beyond the practitioner role and into a fuller embodiment of healing-facilitation, lineage empowerment, instruction, attunement/ignition protocols and mastery of symbols and ethos. Research and training standards suggest that this level covers not only advanced hand-positions and client work, but also attunement techniques, energetic responsibility, teaching methodologies and professional ethics. 

This class aligns with those guidelines by integrating:

• Master-symbol work and initiation/attunement protocols (essential for “Master” status).
• The bigger picture of service, teaching, energetic leadership.
• Opportunity for experiential practice – hands-on, peer-supported, supervised.
• Quantum and multidimensional context (which you, Elasa, bring in through Higher Self Therapy lens).

What Will Occur During the Day

10:00 – 10:30 AM — Welcome, orientation & lineage review

• Opening meditation / invocation: aligning with the energy field, group cohesion.
• Review of your personal journey: I am Lovelight, crystalline consciousness, activation of divine blueprint.
• Overview of Reiki history, Master level distinctions, and ethical-professional framework.  

10:30 – 11:30 AM — Master Symbol & Attunement Ritual

• Introduction to the Master symbol(s) (depending on your lineage).
• Explanation and demonstration of attunement/ignition process for each student.
• Group attunement: each student receives the Master-level attunement, anchoring their energy field into the next octave of Reiki.
• Short break.

11:45 AM – 12:45 PM — Advanced Techniques & Hands-On Practice

• Review of practitioner-level techniques (hand-positions, scanning, intention) followed by advancement: intuitive layering, subtle-body connection, multi-dimensional awareness.
• Practice rounds: participants pair up and apply Master-level processes, with feedback and instructor guidance.
• Discussion of how to integrate quantum leaping and Higher Self connection into Reiki sessions.

12:45 – 1:15 PM — Lunch Break

1:15 – 2:15 PM — Teaching & Facilitation Skills

• Exploring how to lead others: setting intention, safe container, ethical boundaries, supervision.
• Mentoring for future classes: how to guide attunements, how to lead Reiki shares, how to support new practitioners in their deployment.
• Discuss business/ spiritual alignment: how to stay grounded, embody the Master role, maintain ongoing energetic hygiene.

2:15 – 2:50 PM — Final Practice & Integration

• Full circle: each participant leads a short Master-level session (attunement or advanced treatment) under supervision.
• Feedback, closing reflections, sharing of experiences.
• Creation of a personal “Master’s commitment” – written or verbal pledge of service, integrity, ongoing practice.

2:50 – 3:00 PM — Closing Ceremony

• Group meditation/chant/affirmation: anchoring the new level, consecrating the space.
• Certificates handed out (if applicable).
• Next-steps discussion: recommended mentoring, practice groups, teaching opportunities.

 

Outcomes & Student Commitments

By the end of this 5-hour Master Class, participants will:

1. Be attuned to Reiki Master level and hold the energetic signature of the Master symbol.
2. Demonstrate advanced hand-positions, scanning and treatment frameworks appropriate for Master-level practice.
3. Understand how to facilitate attunements for others—including setting the container, safeguarding and guiding the energy flow.
4. Be ready to teach, mentor and support Reiki I & II practitioners, including planning class content, sustaining lineage integrity and ethical practice.
5. Commit to ongoing self-practice, peer-support groups, and the embodiment of service through the Master role.
6. Integrate the Higher Self/Quantum Soul dimension — so that their Reiki practice aligns with their higher blueprint, crystalline consciousness and ascension mission.

Pre-Class Preparation & What to Bring:

• A personal notebook/journal for reflections, insights and questions.
• Comfortable loose clothing for sitting on the floor/mat and for giving/receiving treatments.
• Water bottle, light snack (lunch provided or bring your own).
• Any personal ritual item (crystal, sacred object) you wish to use in the attunement circle.
• Pre­‐work: spend at least 15 minutes a day in the week prior meditating on the intention: “I open fully to my Master consciousness, heart-mind unified, ready to serve from the Higher Self.”

 

After the Class – Integration & Next Steps

• Practice at least weekly giving full Master-level self-treatments or treatments to others for the next 30 days.
• Connect with your peer group: share experiences, ask questions, hold each other accountable.
• Begin designing your own mini-class/training or share circle to step into the teacher/mentor role.
• Reflect on how your service aligns with your Higher Self blueprint, divine mission and the roles you’re stepping into.
• Stay in alignment: self-care, boundaries, energetic cleansing, centeredness in the “I am Lovelight” frequency.

 

Notes & Suggestions for the Teacher

 

• Begin the day by creating a sacred space: incense, singing bowl, group circle, invocation of ascended masters (as per your Higher Self Therapy context: Master Issa, Thoth, Hermes, Enki).
• Throughout the class, encourage questions and sharing of inner sensations/experiences — this deepens embodiment.
• For the attunement, use a symbolic ritual (you may adapt to your lineage) that includes: grounding, calling the energy, clearing channels, using the symbol, sealing the attunement.
• Keep transitions between theory and practice fluid: one moment teaching, next sharing energy.
• At closing, emphasise the responsibility that comes with the Master level: integrity, service, consciousness.
