Is there anything I need to do to prepare for a Theraphi session?
Yes. Proper hydration is important. Drink plenty of filtered water during the 24 hours prior to your session and continue hydrating afterward.

What should I wear to my session?
Wear soft, comfortable clothing. The room may feel cool, and blankets are provided, but layering is recommended. Clothing does not need to be removed. Shoes, jewelry, and belts with buckles must be removed.

May I have my phone or electronic devices with me?
No. All electronic devices must be kept away from the Theraphi table. A basket is provided in the room for storage.

Should I eat before a session?
It is best to schedule sessions away from meals. If needed, a light snack beforehand is appropriate.

Will I feel tired or energized afterward?
