Our bodies can carry memories, emotions, protective patterns, and unfinished experiences long after the conscious mind has moved forward. During this retreat, you will be gently guided beyond the surface of the mind and into the wisdom of your body, subconscious, and Higher Self.

This experience is designed to help you recognize the deeper origins of repeating patterns, reconnect with the parts of yourself asking to be witnessed, and create space for greater peace, clarity, freedom, and embodiment.

Through meditation, visualization, somatic inquiry, guided regression, reflective exercises, and integration, you will be supported in moving beyond intellectual understanding and into a felt experience of transformation.
