A 4-Week Breathwork & Self-Connection Experience

MONTH of JUNE

Awakened Woman is a guided 4-week nervous system and emotional wellness journey designed for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create space for deeper healing, clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

Through immersive 9D Breathwork experiences, nervous system regulation practices, somatic grounding, self-reflection, and supportive community connection, each week gently builds upon the last — creating a safe and intentional container for personal growth and inner transformation.

This series is designed for women navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, burnout, self-doubt, people-pleasing patterns, or a desire to reconnect with their authentic self in a more grounded and supportive way.

Over the course of four weeks, participants will explore themes of:

• Self-worth and inner safety
• Emotional release and self-compassion
• Confidence, boundaries, and personal empowerment
• Receptivity, abundance, and aligned self-connection

Each session includes guided 9D Breathwork, immersive sound experiences, nervous system support, and intentional integration practices designed to help participants feel more grounded, connected, emotionally supported, and empowered in their daily lives.

This experience is about more than breathwork — it’s about creating a supportive space where women can exhale, reconnect inward, and grow alongside a like-minded community.

No previous breathwork experience necessary. All levels are welcome.

WEEK 1 — YOU ARE ENOUGH
Softening Into Safety

This opening session is designed to help you gently step out of survival mode and reconnect with the truth that you are already worthy — without needing to prove, perform, or perfect yourself first.

Through guided 9D Breathwork, nervous system regulation, and somatic self-connection practices, you’ll begin creating a deeper sense of internal safety while softening patterns of self-criticism, overthinking, pressure, and emotional tension.

This experience supports participants in slowing down, reconnecting with their body, and creating space for greater self-compassion, emotional grounding, and inner calm.

You may experience:
• Deep nervous system relaxation
• Emotional grounding and safety
• Increased self-awareness and self-compassion
• Relief from internal pressure and overwhelm
• A greater sense of calm and connection to self

WEEK 2 — RELEASING GUILT & SHAME
Releasing the Woman I Had to Become

This session is designed to support emotional release, self-forgiveness, and deeper self-awareness around the protective patterns, expectations, and identities many women have carried for years.

Through immersive guided 9D Breathwork and somatic regulation techniques, participants will be invited to gently explore emotional tension, self-judgment, and stored stress while creating space for compassion, softness, and release.

This experience encourages participants to reconnect with their authentic self while letting go of emotional weight that no longer feels aligned.

WEEK 3 — RETURNING TO POWER
Remembering Who I Am

This empowering session is designed to help participants reconnect with their inner strength, voice, confidence, and sense of self after periods of stress, overwhelm, people-pleasing, or emotional disconnection.

Using guided 9D Breathwork, nervous system support, and reflective integration practices, this experience creates space to reconnect with personal truth, inner wisdom, and aligned self-expression.

Participants will be supported in moving from self-doubt and emotional exhaustion into greater clarity, confidence, grounding, and self-trust.

• Improved self-trust and personal awareness

WEEK 4 — ABUNDANCE
Becoming the Woman Who Receives

This final session is designed to support participants in expanding their capacity to receive — more ease, support, opportunities, joy, connection, and trust in themselves and their lives.

Through guided 9D Breathwork, nervous system regulation, and intentional self-reflection, participants will explore the relationship between emotional safety, self-worth, and openness to possibility. This experience is centered around softening scarcity patterns, releasing internal resistance, and creating space for greater alignment, clarity, and receptivity.

Rather than striving or forcing, this session invites participants into a more grounded, connected, and embodied experience of abundance from the inside out.
