Date: Sunday - August 30, 2026
Time: 4:00 - 6:00 PM (2 hrs)
DESCRIPTION: These monthly Introspective Breathwork® Therapy (IBT) workshops are an invitation to slow down and come home to yourself.
Each gathering is a 2-hour, in-person personal growth workshop designed to support nervous system regulation, self-connection, and community support. While each month will explore a different theme, every workshop includes a full session of Introspective Breathwork Therapy (IBT) alongside additional practices such as journal prompts, partnered activities, and guided somatic experiences.Workshops are held once a month on the last Sunday, from 4:00–6:00 pm. Each session stands alone while also offering continuity for those who choose to attend regularly.
This month’s workshop is a structured, experiential journey designed to help you reconnect with your inner knowing and build the self trust needed to take your next step. Through tea, intention setting, affirmation baths, guided reflection, and breathwork, we’ll explore what has been calling to you, what may be holding you back, and what becomes possible when you stop waiting for certainty and begin trusting yourself instead.
Together we’ll explore questions like:
* What intention have you been carrying that is ready to become action?
* Where are fear or self doubt keeping you stuck?
* What would change if you trusted yourself more than your uncertainty?
* What is one next step that feels aligned?
* Who are you becoming as you choose to move forward?
Itinerary:
* Arrival + Introduction (4:00 PM)
* Tea Ceremony + Intentional Sip
* Affirmation Bath
* Breathwork Journey
* Grounding
* Sharing Circle
* Closing (6:00 PM)
There is an investment of $55 to join this breath workshop. An early bird promotion is being offered at $44 when you sign up before 8/26/2026.
