“ Moving with the Current: A Breathwork Workshop for Trust, Momentum & Flow " Date: Sunday - July 26, 2026 Time: 4:00 - 6:00 PM
TITLE: "Moving with the Current: A Breathwork Workshop for Trust, Momentum & Flow "
Date: Sunday - July 26, 2026
Time: 4:00 - 6:00 PM (2 hrs)
DESCRIPTION: These monthly Introspective Breathwork® Therapy (IBT) workshops are an invitation to slow down and come home to yourself.
Each gathering is a 2-hour, in-person personal growth workshop designed to support nervous system regulation, self-connection, and community support. While each month will explore a different theme, every workshop includes a full session of Introspective Breathwork Therapy (IBT) alongside additional practices such as journal prompts, partnered activities, and guided somatic experiences.
Workshops are held once a month on the last Sunday, from 4:00–6:00 pm. Each session stands alone while also offering continuity for those who choose to attend regularly.
This month’s workshop is a structured, experiential journey designed to help you work with the nervous system as a grounding point for ease, trust, and momentum to move forwards with. We will explore these questions:
- Where are you resisting the current?
- Where are you forcing instead of listening?
- What would change if you trusted your own timing?
- What momentum is already present that you're overlooking?
- What wants to move through you?
Itinerary:
- Arrival + Introduction (4:00 PM)
- Tea and Intentional Soup Practice
- Journaling and Subconscious Drawing
- Breathwork Journey
- Grounding
- Sharing Circle
- Closing (6:00 PM)
There is an investment of $55 to join this breath workshop. An early bird promotion is being offered at $44 when you sign up before 6/23/2026. If you feel this workshop would be especially supportive but the pricing is a deterrent, please reach out to CC discuss slided rate options.
IBT can help with:
- Chronic stress or feeling “stuck” in survival mode
- Anxiety, overwhelm, or nervous system dysregulation
- Difficulty relaxing, resting, or feeling safe in the body
- Emotional numbness or feeling disconnected from yourself
- Processing experiences that feel hard to put into words
- Transitions, grief, or periods of uncertainty
- Rebuilding trust in your intuition or inner voice
- Creating more capacity for presence, self-awareness, and self-compassion
You do not need prior breathwork experience. You only need a willingness to show up honestly, with whatever is present.
Facilitator Bio:
Christen Cerrito is a trauma-informed Introspective Breathwork Therapy Facilitator, environmental scientist, and founder of This Is The CC. She discovered breathwork during her recovery from a traumatic brain injury and was drawn to its ability to foster self-awareness, connection, and personal growth. Today, she creates experiences that help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and trust their own inner wisdom. Her work is especially supportive for highly sensitive people, neurodivergent individuals, empaths, overthinkers, and anyone seeking a gentler way to navigate life.
