Join Bridget May Riggs for a 90-minute Women’s Coherence Circle designed for women who are ready to feel lighter, laugh more, move their bodies, use their voices, and experience the healing power of community — without alcohol, drugs, drama, or pretending.

This is a space for like-minded women to gather, breathe, move, chant, sing, share, and celebrate what it means to be a woman in this season of life.
